Problem Statement:
We were to design the analog portion of the Game Board Counter on MultiSim. It must emit an electric pulse consistently while the button/switch is pressed/closed, and then slowly let the pulse fade away when the button/switch is released.
Brainstorming:
N/A: We were to follow directions.
Calculations:
From my digital model of the circuit on MultiSim I was able to collect the following data concerning digital wave lengths using the oscilloscope.
Next we were asked to calculate the value at C2 in order to create a starting frequency of 100Hz.
Using the equations:
F=1/T
T= 0.693 (Ra+2Rb)*C
Work:
.693 (10,000 + 2(18,000))C=1/100
C2 = 3.87904
Using the equations:
F=1/T
T= 0.693 (Ra+2Rb)*C
Work:
.693 (10,000 + 2(18,000))C=1/100
C2 = 3.87904
Final Design
Unfortunately I just realized that I only have the circuit saved for MultiSim so I will have to upload this next week. However below is my copy of the assignment.

Reflection
If I were to do this assignment again I would practice a few more example problems for the math portion. Also I would make sure to save a picture of my circuit on the word document.
